Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions using various therapy methods (e.g., CBT, DBT, grief counseling, person-centered) depending on the client's needs and goals. Our approach is to partner with you to get to your destination.

Couples Therapy

Looking for better ways to connect and communicate with your partner? We can help you develop skills outside of therapy to strengthen your relationship.

Youth Therapy

Adolescence can be a challenging yet exciting time with learning how to adjust to many changes and navigate relationships. Our role is to support their developmental growth by providing a safe space to connect and explore.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is an opportunity for all family members to feel supported and heard in a safe and structured environment. Our role is not to take sides, but rather to facilitate cohesion and communication for a better family dynamic.

Clinical Supervision

We provide aid and guidance to new clinicians through professional supervision. We provide consultation to providers who want additional clinical support with their clients.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an 8-phase evidenced-based approach that is effective in treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders.
